ok, so I sent a report in just yesterday regarding this company. I FINALLY got to talk to Mr. Victor Ellis and he said that I was harrassing him because I am a pissed off client. I told him that I wanted my money back and I wanted it now. However, he proceeds to tell me that I can't have my money back until Dec. 8th. What a crock of **it. This jack*** said that's when the lender disburses the money. HA! According to the contract, they state that they themselves are the lender. I told him that this was illegal and he agreed. How stupid are you?? Every question that I asked him, he would go around in circles.

I was never once out of line and was trying to get some answers and he thought that he was providing me with good customer service because he has been with Oakdale Lending Group for 10 yrs blah blah blah......
I told him that he would be hearing from me if I didn't get my money. He told me that i could call him every day and he would help me to the best of his ability.

I once again, asked him to provide me with the Lender information so that I could contact the lender myself and he told me that he could not give me that information because that would be a breech of contract with them and the Lender. What the hell? If I am giving you my personal info for a loan, I am pretty darn sure that I have the right to know who in the hell my lender is.

After telling him for the 100th time that I wanted my money back and I wanted it now, he said that he would put it down that I wanted a refund and he hung up on me. The more he said, the more I knew I got the run around and I got scammed.

Just to verify along with someone else, the website hasn't been up long at all. I have taken it upon myself, NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF but FOR ALL OTHER CONSUMERS OUT THERE that feel they have been victimized or could have been victimized by this company, to take some action.
I am a hard working, single mom with 2 kids to take care of and to have your hard earned money taken from underneath you with the blink of an eye is not only sad but embarrassing. I hope that you will take my advice and do something about it.
I am thankful that everyone who has commented on this company has done so. I just hope and pray that more consumers will see this before they get wrapped up into the situation like some of us did!
