Complaint Review: OAKDALE LENDING GROUP

I was supposed to go to the bank today and take out $1,060.00 to send to some woman in candada for a loan that i was approved for through oakdale lending group. But when I woke up this morning, i decided to look online for more details about this company, and thank God I did.

I recieved a call from a Linda Evans ( a representative of this sham of a company) and said I was approved for a $5,000 loan. I had to come up with 1,060.00 in order to receive this loan (seven payments of $151.34---my so called collateral). She never once asked me my employment info, where i worked. She asked me to fax over my state id, nothing more---nothing less. If the company is located in virginia why am I going to send money to some woman (Sandra Perkins) in Canada??? Please don't fall for this, I almost did.

I am a single mother of 2 daughters who cant afford to just give my money to anyone. I also changed my bank account numbers this morning with my bank. I gave them that info over the phone, which I regret. But better safe than sorry. I was supposed to call Linda Evans back today with my reference number. Not going to call, so I am waiting for a call from them. Nice Try Oakdale!!! Please don't fall for this as I almost did. It sounded too good to be true from the start!!! but I ended it before it got started!!!!
