Oakwood Vanderbilt Mortgage ripoff Robbing The Dead Through Through The Living Austin Texas
My mother died in January of this year. Not only did I incur the cost of her funeral, but the cost of her mobile home mortgage. The company (Venetta Johnson)is threating to "pick-up" the mobile home for a payment that was sent. She is one of the rudest people that I have spoken to . . . my life. I am at a loss of words for this nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone . . . and if you are doing business with them you should find other financing. Senior citizens are good targets for companies like this.

Oh My God! It is true, you are not alone!
I have delt with this lady and if I never talk to her again, it will be too soon.
Like Sandra stated, she is the rudest, hartless person that I have ever spoken too.
Beware of this woman and her supervisor, Kim. They are both rude. I made a comment to Venetta on the phone that she and her supervisor were rude and her comment to me was, "You haven't seen us get rude."
She is the reason we are selling our mobile home, just so I don't have to talk to her.
Maybe Venetta needs to have her won section on this site.
Is there anyone else out there that has delt with this woman and her supervisor that can lend us a hand. Maybe if there is enough reports, someone can help us out.
