Oakwoos Mobile Homes huge rip-off. greedy, lazy, idiotic staff!
We purchased a mobile home from Oakwood Homes about a year ago, and they informed us that if we bought the home that they would pay our brother-in-law, who referred us, a $500 refferal fee.
Obviously they told us this just to get us to buy, because after we bought the home they just kind of shrugged off the refferal fee they promised and said they "decided not to honor that aggreement".
Also, when they set up our house it wasn't leveled correctly. The walls began to pull apart and the floor bowed in the middle. We called and called, but the manager would not do anything about it. They also would not return our calls.
Also, with the exception of one time, we always paid our bill on time, But every month they sent us a pink late slip!!!! This could be on our credit showing we were late every month when we always paid on time!!!!! We are FURIOUS at Oakwood and their greedy, lazy, idiotic staff.
