OAN AKA Affinity Marketing Partners bills my phone company for some kind of voice mail service Ripoff Nationwide
In 2-04 a charge of $13.34 was on my phone bill. I called OAN and they said to call the phone company, Frontier. I called Frontier and they said to call OAN. After several calls to OAN they finally agreed to credit it back. The credit did appear on the 3-04 bill.
In 8-04 a charge of $13.34 was on my phone bill. I mailed a dispute letter on 9-4-04 and have heard nothing.
In 10-04 a charge of $13.34 was on my bill. I tried calling OAN and it rings and rings and rings, then goes to a busy signal.
I intend to contact the Arizona Corporation Commission to file a complaint. I want to know how to block this company from processing these unauthorized charges!
