My husband complained that our bill was so high for the last 5 mths. I took a look at the Verizon bill and found that we have been charged $8.81 on the last 5 bills from this company.
I have not clue who this company is and never authorized these charges
I will contact both Verizon and OAN to dispute the charges and if I do not get any results I will disconnect my service from Verizon and contact the BBB and the FCC.
