OAN, KEYSECURE ONLINE DIRECTORY Used phony recording and fake social security number to claim we authorized their service Internet
This company uses trickery and out and out lies to try to trap people into authorizing their online directory "service". When we called to have the charge removed from our phone bill last month, they played a phony recording which made it sound like I stated my name as authorization and last 4 digits of my social for the charge. That's when we knew for sure it was fake because the number stated was not the correct number. Of course, we didn't tell them the real number - we never ever give this out to unknown persons, especially over the phone! We received another phone bill today and they are still charging us plus a late charge!! We aren't going to pay it!
