OAN Kool Telecom Another AT&T Kool Telecom Scam Who gives AT&T the right to allow unauthorized charges? Northridge, California
We have just become another victim of what the FTC calls cramming. Opened our AT&T phone bill to find $18.91 charged to us from OAN-Kool Telecom. It doesn't even state what the charges are for! We have never heard of this company. Looking at your site I see we are not the only ones. How can we stop this? Why does AT@T have the ability to charge us for unauthorized charges? We tried to call tonight but AT&T is closed tonight and Kool Telecom doesn't answer even though it was not yet 5 pm their time.\
Everyone who has this type of problem should also file a report with the FTC. They say you should file even if you get the charges removed or your money back.
