OAN Ripoff! I DID not ORDER VOICEMAIL TO MY PHONE AND I WANT IT REMOVED OFF MY BILL! Internet
The company said on my bill they notified bellsouth that they are billing new services on my bill this month. I call the company when I first saw it on my bill and I some one answer the phone it was a girl and I ask her why I am been bill for something I didn,t order to be add to my bill voice mail.
She said hold on let me connect you to the person that handle that so when she connect me a record pick up and say they are close they business hour was from 9:00am to 4:50pm or you can e-mail us at www.support@4usavoicemail.com so I did that but it wantn,t show up on my computer it didn,t have no access.
So I call again and I didn,t get no answer this time I got a record again saying the same thing.And i was bill $12.95 and they charge me Federal Excise Tax for .13 cents and Al-State/Local Tax for .78 cents it came to the total of $14.12.
