Complaint Review: OAN

OAN company put unauthorized charges on my SBC phone bill for Voice Mail.

I have tried their billing number over 50 times in 3 days and it is constantly busy. I have voice mail through SBC and have for 7 years now. I called SBC and they were very nice and agreed to send the charges back to the carrier and indicated they had been seeing a lot of this problem. I can not find a website for these people. SBC gave me an adress to send my compliant to. OAN Attention Message Investigation, 9255 Corbin AV, Northridge, IL 91325 and i have written them about this scam as well as their non existent customer service. I can only image their 800 number is constantly busy because everyone is calling about being scammed by them. Look out for USBI as well. Another lovely company that high jacks your phone bill and puts unauthorized charges on it. At least they could be reached.
