OAN Services,Inc, also know as Avery Communications, Inc and Billing Servoces Grou, LLC has billed me for a collect call that I did not accept, nor am I aware was ever even made to me.
The phone number listed is for someone I don't know - I have looked up who he is and don't know him nor would I accept a collect call of any kind from anyone.
