I received my phone bill from BellSouth on 9/18/2004 and reviewing the charges I noticed a charge from 9/02/2004 from OAN Services, Inc. for a Premium Voicemail Monthly Fee of $22.07 (taxes included). It's really funny because we have voicemail service with Bellsouth for $3.95 a month and about two weeks ago we decided we're going to cancel it because now we have an answering machine.

We never requested that service and of course we're not going to pay for it. The information that appears in the bill is the company name OAN Services, Inc. with a phone number 800-926-7514.
