I was billed $20.97 on my verizon bill from www.oanweb.com for voice mail sevice. I did not authorize or request this service. Nor do I even know anything about this company. I have seen several reports on the internet from different people reporting them. I sent a request to verizon to have it removed. I don't believe I should have to pay for this service and do not want it going on my credit report.
