OAN Services, Inc Billed for long distance service never ordered on AT&T bill Northridge nationwide
I just ran afoul of these folks. A mysterious charge for 19.95 showed up on my AT&T bill. When I followed up the number listed they said it was for unlimited long distance. We have never heard of them or had contact until this happened. She supposedly will refund my payment (in two months) which after reading these reports, I am not sure I will make. This is fraud pure and simple and I already filed with the FTC. I wish I had found this website before I called since I may again be ripped off for calling the 800 number.
