OAN Services, Inc., Laurentel, Inc. Just got a charge for 8.43 on my phone bill. Supposedly we set up an 800 number. Internet
We just received our ATT bill with a charge of $8.43 from OAN Services, Inc. on behalf of Laurentel, Inc. I called 800-627-1310, the phone number provided, and inquired about the charge. Supposedly, we set up an 800 number via the internet. Our personal email was listed and the customer rep said, the account was set up via our email address. When I asked when, he said April 16. Well, we were traveling during that time with absolutely no internet access. He canceled the account and said, we would get a refund within two billing cycles.
