OAN Services charge of 12.95 plus taxes for premium voice mail is on my August monthly telephone bill. I did not order this service. This was charged without anyone's request or permission. The company is supposed to be removing this charge when I called with complaint. I do not know if this will happen; I will have to wait for 30-45 days to find out. OAN customer service person discurteous. Watch your telephone bill carefully--this has happened to many others.
