Complaint Review: OAN Services Inc.

I called Verizon to inquire about this $20.95 charge to my bill. I have a "bundled" account with Verizon, i.e. HDTV, High Speed Internet, & Telephone...all on one account.

I couldn't figure why my total bill had increased in recent months, so I checked it out electronically and discovered the charge. Verizon said they were just the billing medium for this service and would connect me with OAN. They did and I was informed that I had agreed to this charge for long distance service by making a purchase of some clothing on-line.

I apparently failed to read the small print, and had been charged for 3 months service which they said would be refunded (credited back), and the service would be discontinued. I told them I was going to check them out, but didn't know the extent of this problem until I got to this site.
