OAN Services, Inc. unauthorized entry on telephone bill Northridge California
On my SBC phone bill, dated 09-17-2004,there is a $12.95 entry for OAN Services, Inc. I have never heard of this company and have never authorized SBC to accept billing from this company.
Investigating this situation, I learned that OAN is a billing service is trying to charge me for services from USA Voicemail---WHO?
OAN Services is owned by ACI Billing Serviecs and ACI is owned by Avery Communications, Inc. I have never heard of these people and have never contracted with them for any product or services----and that includes USA Voicemail.
Who on EARTH am I dealing with?!!!!!
