Received our local phone bill and charges were attached. Contacted OAN Services and they put me through to USA Voicemail. Said that by filling out a survey we authorized OAN/USA to provide services. I asked for a credit and they said it would take 3-4 months to show up. He did give me a confirmation #. 1-800-713-9078
