I was "crammed" an unauthorized charge added to my Verizon bill by somebody called OAN services inc. When contacted they referred me to somebody called Your Billing Solutions by oan@billview.com. Verizon has offered a refund back to April of this year but the charge, though just now discovered, goes back to Sept of last year. The phone Co., Verizon may give me a further refund but as of now I am still waiting for the refund back to April to be approved. The OAN bill was a part of the Verizon bill so I would think they would be responsible. Since I did not thoroughly check my bill until today, well, I feel somewhat embarrassed for being so trusting.

I filed a complaint with the FCC since the PA consumer complaint and Atty General do not accept complaints for communications companies.
