Complaint Review: OAN Keysecure Inc

I was called last month to confirm an online listing. They had all of my info, so I dind't have to give them something they didn't have already so I went ahead and confirmed the listing. NEVER was I told I would be billed for these services. When I did the final confirm they asked me to speak into a recording, during this time the lady that called me talked over the recording so it was hard to hear the questions, but they sounded the same as what she was saying.

We got the bill and I called the company. They claim they will cancel the service and credit me back. They played back the recording and there was this entire section at the end of the recording that I did not hear the first time! I'm assumign the original operator turned the volume down or off during this last part. I feel tricked, and I usually don't fall for these scams.

When I did call the company they alluded to having somebody misrepresent them. I'm sure it's just a big lie to make themselves feel better about ripping people off.

Also, when I spoke to them I first spoke to an operator who started saying things like "you need to calm down" when I was upset, but nowhere near yelling or totally angry. They were playing the little "I have the upper hand here so if you want a credit you better grovel" game. She hung up on me when I refused to play it and I called back and got somebody else who had some common sense.

I'll see if I get the credit, but I did call AT&T and put in a dispute with them as well.
