Recieving my phone bill for March yielded a surprise for us. It had been billed for a Privasafe 1xemail setup. the charge was 12.95 with tax for a total of 13.34.
When we tried to verify the charges the web sites all fell short. What I want to know is, do we have to pay this ? What do we do?
