Complaint Review: OAN Services Or USA Voicemail

I received a bill on my SBC local service phone bill for $19.95 listing OAN Services for USA Voicemail as the service provider. I was told by USA Voicemail [(877)439-3802] that this is a nationwide toll free voice mail box and that I had subscribed to it probably by some internet pop-up or email.

I would not knowingly request such service--sounds like a good idea for some business, but not for me personally. They cancelled it without argument and refunded the charge, but it took several calls to get past a busy signal and then a twenty minute wait on hold to get through.

I tried to find out how I was tricked into subscribing but was unable to get a straight answer. Their email address given on the recording while on hold is support@4usavoicemail.com. Maybe we can drown them in SPAM!!!
