Complaint Review: Oan Services - Privasafe - USA Voice Mail

I am a current customer of SBCGLOBAL & I am being scamed by OAN Services Inc. My phone bill is getting charged for this service and I never inquire for this. And they are charging me for something I don't have. How can I fight this and get my money back.

Here are the steps I taken:
1. Called local phone company and reported the unwanted charges.

2. Called OAN Services at 800-295-3933 and reported the problem. They gave me the two vendors that made the charges. They are Privasafe & USA Voice Mail.

3. Called Privasafe at 888-292-8737 and told them to cancel and get my refund due to the sevice I did not inquire. And they did cancel and gave back my refund.

4. Called USA Voicemail at 877-439-3802 and did the same thing on step 3.

Note: These are 4 step procedure to accomplish to get it to stop billing us and to stop from ripping us off. Please, always double check your phone bills.
