OAN Services ripoff Deceptive billing Cramming NorthRidge California
I noticed some 'odd' charges to my phone bill, being that I am in the computer security field, I *REALLY* have no use for such services and would never have ordered them. Turns out my wife entered a 'sweepstakes' online and this is what they do with your phone number information.

I contacted BELLSouth my local Telco, they advised me there is a service (they don't advertise) which is FREE that can prevent cramming or other charges placed without your prior authorization. When I asked why EVERYONE isn't told about this, the response is BELLSouth gets a piece of this $16.53 Pie!!
I searched online and found many references to simmular billing practices and I wonder (WTF) is the FTC/FCC doing these days? Sleeping?!!

Hello sir/madam:
I got the same problem as your site Mr. Troy reported on your site. I got a charge $13.34 for "privasafe email" with no date posted. I dont know what was that. I never know how this company charged and add together with my phone bill. This is rip-off that I never know about this company and program. I only see the phone on my phone bill is 800-944-9646
Do you know any way for me to stop this company charge? Please let me know, thank you very much.
