OAN Services ripoff Unauthorized charges from "USA Voicemail" Northridge California
My most recent SBC phone bill includes $12.95 plus tax of unauthorized charges for "USA Voicemail" billed by OAN. The Billing Department is closed now and the voice mail box is full. We'll see Monday morning if they'll agree to remove the charges. If not, I'll be contacting the TX Public Utilities Commission.
