While undergoing cancer treatment, our home phone went dead. With all members in our household using cell-phones, this did not create a problem. We decided to just not replace the phone and use it for voice-mail only. We soon discovered that OAN had added services to our home number that were neither requested or needed. I contacted our service provider, AT&T, and was informed that I needed to contact the companies myself.

I declined and informed AT&T that AT&T was trying to collect on their behave, that THEY needed to address the issue. When they declined again, I filed a formal complaint with the California PUC. Within two weeks, AT&T called and agreed to credit my account.

Four months have passed, and I received another AT&T phone bill with services provided by a third party and being billed by OAN services again. I went to the internet, and did a Google on OAN services, and was BLOWN back by the amount of complaints these people have on record.

I am going to make this a top issue to address by all means possible. I will contact the FCC, the FTC, the US Attorneys office, the California Attorney Generals Office, and I will say this, I've got a second chance on Life thanks to the doctors at UCLA. This company has ripped off the wrong person.
