Complaint Review: OAN Services - Verizon

The 4th of this month I got a bill in from my local phone company Verizon. A $15.40 charge was made to my account from OAN Services Inc. I've never heard of them, and I know I didn't use any extra product while using my phone to recieve calls or dial calls.

It upsets me that people can get away with this and I am stuck to pay this ridiculous charge. Its not a lot of money but its the point I'm trying to make. How can any business get away with this. I'm so angry that some how a charge was added to my account through Verizon that I'm considering reporting this to the better business bureau asap. Any feedback - email me.
