Unauthorized charges billed to my bellsouth phone bill under premium voicemail monthly fee for $19.95 on 09/29 and 10/25. Plus federal and MS state/local taxes totalling $3.99. Total OAN Services, Inc current charges of $43.89.
I did not authorize or order this. How and why did this get on my bellsouth phone bill?
