Got my last bill from nverizon after changing companies. All calls in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are free with the verizon package. Billed $7.32 for ??? Got the bill one month from the alleged calling date. Never heard of this company and have only used verizon info. Verizon bill adds this proviso that my service will not be disconnected if I don't pay this fee. Are Verizon 411 operators assisting OAN? 1-800-944-0171 for OAN Guess I may not pay the fee.
