Trash thrown all over. Compactor and recycle bins overflowing. Poor lighting at night. Noisy neighbors. I can go on and on.
They lied when I moved in. They assured me that the gym would NOT be closed during the "BRIEF" clubhouse renovation, and that they were going to move the exercise equipment to another location on the premises during the BRIEF construction/renovation. What a joke. That was 6 months ago and the gym still remains closed. I am so disgusted here and I want to move out but they want to charge me 2 months rent as a fee to break my lease, even though THEY didn't honor their own lease.
