you can never talk to a manager. they keep transfering the phone to other people and no one helps. driver was rude and bad mouth. he made me rent a truck and pay his guys out of my own pocket because he did not want to park on my street to off load. do not use this company. i wish that i had read the previous reviews before i got involved with them. it took them 3 weeks to bring my stuff. everything was broken and damaged. it seems that the used different trucks and loaded and off loaded few times because my heavy duty boxes were all torn up. i hope this info helps future customers.
OASIS IS A LIAR COMPANY. THEY OVER CHARGED ME, THEY DAMAGED MY BELONGING, THEY DONT ANSWER YOU PROPERLY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO BRING ME MY STUFF AND IT WAS DAMAGED. THE DRIVER WAS RUDE AND MADE ME RENT A SMALL TRUCK FROM MY OWN POCKET BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO PARK HIS TRUCK ON THE LOADING DOCK. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. IF I HAD SEEN PREVIOUS REVIEWS I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR READ REVIEWS AND CHECK OUT THE REPORTS.
