While staying at the Grand Oasis Cancun resort, I purchased a "Oasis Plus TLC" Gold II membership for $12,000 USD.

They try very hard to sell you this membership to upgrade the all-inclusive and receive discounted hotel rates in addtion with points. At the time of purchase the discounted rate along with purchased points was a good deal.

 

One year later after purchase, I have tried for the past one month by email to book our "wedding honeymoon anniversary" stay using our "points" and paying the so-called "discounted rate" (that went up 11% this year). Now, Doing the math, it's a rip-off! As well as, the hoteladvertising discounted rates WITHOUT the $12,000 membership!

 

And the so called VIP treatment, using the "Oasis TLC Plus" membership and trying to book a hotel stay is near impossible while they give you the runaround. no web site... just a half-assed customer service email that they don't respond or telephone they aren't able to connect you to anyone who is willing to help.

There's no other way to book other than email or by phone (They have no website: oasisclubplus.com -not working)...very flakey!

Even after filling out their form and giving my credit card info to be charged, I keep getting the run-around and still (1 week before our trip) they will not give me a booking reservation.

Customer service is non-existent and lousy! They promise you everything and deliver NOTHING!!! -they're liars.

 

The "Oasis TLC Plus" membership is a total RIP-OFF!!!!
