I was referred to this company to buy computer parts, as I repair computers.



Mr. Bustos emailed me a proforma invoice which I accepted. I placed a credit card order signed a credit card authorization.  They shipped part of the order on 07/30/2010. The balance of the order was to be sent within days. When the goods had not been lodged at my carriers, I called him and he accused me of defrauding him because he had shipped the computer and still had not received my money in his bank. He kept complaining that he does not like to take credit card orders because he was defrauded in the past when they did a charge back after he had sent the goods. At least if I had done that I would have not lost my money. 

I tried to convince him I had paid in good faith. I checked with my bank the following morning and the funds had left my bank the same day. (7/28/2010) I kept in touch with him and the following day he said the funds were there, so I expected him to ship the balance of the goods immediately. He kept making promise after promise, but he did not call me it was always me who had to chase him on the phone every day.



On the 8/15/2010 he sent another shipment, although I could not get this invoice from him and had to wait for a copy from my carrier. I kept requesting invoices so we know what is arriving and as usual he gave all kinds of excuses, he is already in his car, the hard disk is broken down, he can't print, etc etc. I was starting to see he was not being honest with me each time I rang. The order was incorrect. I called him and he said he was sorry and it was his mistake. He said he will send the right goods by Amerijet prepaid. When I went to Amerijet to collect it I found that it was not fully prepaid but I had to pay a $20 handling fee on 8/20/2010. Upon opening the package I saw the order was still not correct. I called him again and he admitted it was a mistake and it was his fault for not checking. Now I am waiting each day and I call him and he keeps promising today, but now it more than a month and the order is still outstanding for the last item in the initial order.

It is time to use the power of the Internet to either make this man settle up or warn people not to put themselves through all the anguish of broken promises.

Hopefully this report will wake Mr. Bustos up.

OBS Corp makes good

OBS made good and paid me back plus my expenses, after I put in a Better Business Bureau complaint and they gave him 14 days to pay me back my money. Of course it took me a little over 2 months to get justice.

So I guess the company is stupid because they lost so much business from me.
