I applied for a USPS job online @ www.findpostaljobs.com while I was going through the questionnaire I was asked if I have taken the postal battery exam. I answered no and then I was asked to pay $29.50 for reading materials. After I paid them with my Amex within 5 minutes I found out that the exam is free. So I tried to contact obac educational services not to process my order. My E mail bounced back. Then I tried to contact them via phone it went straight to voice mail. This company is big rip off. Be ware of it.

A text of the e-mail sent to this customer is below???? We do not understand what the ripp off was since you ordered at 5:16PM 5/24. At 8:18PM 5/24 you were notified your purchase would be reversed. It was reversed the next business day 5/25 at 12:01PM. Where is the Ripp-off???? We respectfully request you acknowledge this and withdraw your complaint.
