Obrian Norris is a thief, He will lie to your face, sing any agreements just to get the deposit. Anybody who is looking for financing beaware. He came rcomended by Mark Smith. I had my attorney prepaire agreement for Norris to sign and be personally responsible to perform with the promise to provide the lender within 48 hours that he claims that he got the the LOI. As soon as he got the deposit he run to the BOA to cash it and never call or appear again. I found two more idividual he got scamed by him also. Anybody need more info call 561-xxxxxxx (((REDACTED)))
