Obsidian Insurance Athens Program Insurance Services Authorized Claim Handler for Obsidian Not Responding to Claims
Obsidian Insurance and the agents are a Ripoff!
Our company has a claim against one of Obsidian’s Clients. Obsidian delegates their claim processing to Athens Program Insurance Services. Athens assigned 2 adjusters to process the claim. The 2 adjusters have stalled for over 18 months, claiming that the other agent has responsibility for the file. They have acknowledged the claim but have not determined that there is coverage under their policy. That is balderdash! It does not take 18 months to make that determination. The adjusters do not return phone calls, emails or letters.
