Complaint Review: OBsneakers

Obsneakers took my money via PayPal for a shoe order and instead of shipping me the shoes that I ordered they shipped me plastic counterfeit shoes.  When I sent them an e-mail about the problem they tried to scam me again.  See their e-mail below.

"dear friend, I am sorry that we bring you so much inconvenience.very sorry for that. I put myself in your place,and relate to what you are saying,I think sending back the goods,the costs will spend you much money,as the international shipping is so expensive.I think it's not very cost-effective.my friend,trust me,I am on your side,as I have the same experience with you. so if you keep the item,and you will be offered 15% off in your future orders,including your family and your friends,they will get the discounts,and spend less money to buy the nice and good quanlity goods.and if you really dont like it and unsuitable to wear,you can send it to your friend or younger family,they will appreciate,I think.could you consider what I said? I beg for your understanding,thanks in advance. best wishes"

I tried to dispute thru PayPal but they said I can not dispute the transaction.  Paypal is apparently aware of this fraud.  Paypal is either a party to this fraud or completely negligent.  Or perhaps they do not care as long as they collect fees.

In any case, do not do business with these companies.
