Complaint Review: OBU LLC AKA: 68 Seconds L.L.C.

From time to time I do a google search for Louie Moss to see if he is into anything new and today I hit pay dirt!


He apparently is in the lending business now. http://www.louiemoss.com/Home_Page.html He claims he is tied in with http://www.privatmoney.net which only leads back to his first site so that tells me that he is the lender not the go between.

He needs to pay off his own debts before he worries about "Lending" money to others!

After several months and millions of gallons of water under the bridge, Mr. Moss is still up to no good!

First of all I am disabled and can only work part time due to my health issues and have to rely on help from the government just to make ends meet.

I have completely wrote off the fact that I will ever see any money from His company and it has been several months since I have even uttered a word on the internet about Him and he for some reason in his small mind thinks he still has to try to belittle me for exposing his dirty business ethics!

He recently filed a report with the New York state welfare system claiming he paid me money for working for him which is a total lie! I am now beging dragged through the mud and have to go through the embarrasment of going through a fraud investigation!

As i have said in the past !!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST LOUIE MOSS!!!!!!!!

Due to this mismanaged company, and the main owner of the company not having the integrity level I had expected.

I decided to leave this company owned by Louie Moss on February 1st 2008 and part ways completely.

By resigning from his company and receiving a termination letter on February 7th 2008 in which Mr. Moss attempted to dismiss original executed contracts which is not possible, but in carrying out this action in trying to dismiss his fiduciary responsibilities and attempting to null and void our original executed non-voidable contracts, Louie Moss showed his true identity as a person of no integrity.

I cannot work nor be associated in good conscience with an individual whom I cannot trust....

After several failed attempts to get a reply from Mr. Moss by email I have came to the conclusion that he meant what he said about only honoring the original contract with me which is going to cost his company more money than the deal I was offering.

I am greatful that he would do that but I am confused at the same time.

Like I said before, I will only be 100% satisfied when I see the money.

As far as anyone investing in his company, just make sure You have signed and notorized agreements that will protect You.

It has just been brought to my attention that one of thier corporate team members is on probation and possably under house arrest for realestate fraud. Joseph Petretto baltenty disregarded a ten year old court order to stop conducting his realestete business and went on to steal over $100,000 from unsuspecting folks in Connecticut.

His arrest and more can be seen by doing a google search for his name.

They plan to go forward and solicate people to invest in thier company and online University. That would be a grave mistake for unsuspecting investors who would most likely lose thier money.

The contract he is talking about will cost his company more money in the long run! I have held up my end of his contract, I don't know what he is talking about. I was willing to cut him a deal by lowering my wages by $10.00 per hour and only charging him for 1,000 hours instead of closer to 2,000 hours at my normal rate! He obveously doesn't know how to handle money!

If anyone reading this report gets approached by Him or his cronies about investing in His company You better tell him to go jump off a bridge!

Chuck, I decide before proceeding forward with this so called contract demands from you ,to get legal advice, as well as sound business advice. I have certainly gotten good sound advice, and this is what I have decided.

The deal is completely off. You signed and executed a legal binding contract. You notarized it and this is the only contract I will ever honor even though you have not honored your end of it.

If you did not like it back then when you signed it you should of protested before signing and notarizing your binding contract.

Period end of story! You dont like it ,you signed it, you agreed to it, its done.

You want to make us famous by putting derogatory information on the net or anywhere else be my guest!

Go try to extort money from someone else!


Louie Moss

I have gone through a series of emails today with Mr. Moss to which We have worked out an agreement. This update is to let everyone know that He is willing to work out my pay with me. I on good faith to help out his company have also made an act of faith to help them out by lowering my hourly rate because I still believe in thier mission and message.

I am not saying that I am satisfied 100% as of yet but we are moving forward.

As soon as I have a new notorized contract reflecting our new agreement I will make one last update to clear Mr. Moss and his companies names and move forward with lessons learned.

Miss Weaver is the webmaster who replaced me after the contract was broken. Of course she is going to stick up for them because she doesn't want to get kicked to the curb like those who have gone before her with this company!

I have server logs, I have the notorized contract that shows the truth and I have witnesses that all know the wrongs that were done to me! I have over 1,000 hours logged on thier server!

We have several messages that clearly show Mr. Moss lieing by saying one thing to one person and then something different to someone else and when confronted with these facts he avoids the questions by saying we are being negitive! Who wouldn't be negitive after months of work and lost family time and all of a sudden You are told that You are no longer needed and all of Your work is being replaced and now You are not going to be paid for your work?

I won't give exact amounts of what they wanted to pay me off for but lets just say it was a major insult to me!

Mr. Moss is not the same person he portrays to the public as he is behind closed doors!

I too am an employee of OBU, LLC. and I must say that the integrity of this company has NEVER been an issue for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team mates and co-creating ways to embrace humanity. Just because someone has had a bad experience does not justify trying to do harm by posting disgruttled emotions for others to clearly draw conclusions without knowing BOTH sides of the story! Actually, there are three sides to every story! There is your sided, the other person's side AND THEN THERE IS THE TRUTH! So step back, and find out what is really going on! The faults you see in others are far too often based on the faults you have yourself! Life is like a mirror and of course, The Law of Karma absolutely will take place! PLEASE! The mission of OBU, LLC., 68 Seconds To Becoming Wealthy, Louie Moss, and any and all affiliation therein is a totally honest, loving, effective, efficient, and incredible company AND WE DO HAVE AN OUTSTANDING MESSAGE OF THE SPIRIT OF LOVE AND LIGHT! On behalfy of OBU, I am the secretary, Director of Written Communication and editorial services and I apologize to everyone that this negative posting has affected! This is very unfair to those who do not know us and you should be ashamed to put out negative energy on behalf of this company and those of us that only want to help anyone and everyone to embark on an incredible journey of self awareness, personal growth, and spiritual enlightenment. Together we can come together and together we can bridge the gap between Heaven and Earth.

I was hired in July of 2007 to build a website for Louie Moss who at the time told me his company was registered as 68 Seconds L.L.C. I ended up building several websites for him on a verbal agreement that he would pay me a percentage from the sales of his book that we were to promote. We ended up hiring another webmaster to help me upload scripts and build a members area. We discovered through the new webmaster that 68 Seconds L.L.C. was not registered a legal L.L.C. We told that he needed to make his company legal before we went further.

He ignored us so We froze the websites because we didn't know if he really planned to pay us anything. He eventually agreed to make things legal along with his new partner Sonia Novick. They filed thier new L.L.C. as OBU LLC. They also agreed to write up contracts that reflected our payment agreements. I was to oversee the hiring and firing of webmasters and to oversee all IT dept. duties. Miss Novick took it upon herself to lock The other webmaster and myself out of the webhosting and FTP accounts by planting fear into Mr. Moss that we could freeze the websites again. We by the contract couldn't do that because once we built something it became the intelecual property of OBU LLC. According to the contract either party could cancel the agreement by 30 day notice as long as it was by certified letter or personal delivery.

They hired two new webmasters without giving us 30 days notice then tried to change the contract to give myself (I can't speak for anyone else who has agreements with them) less money for my efforts. The contract also states that once either party canceled the agreement that I would be "remunerated for past efforts" The new ammendment now says that I would only be paid for the work I did on the website and not the other 5 websites I built and that I would be paid based upon them obtaining money from investors not from the ales of thier book,movie, or any other products they plan on selling. I cannot afford a lawyer and they are now threatening us with thier lawyer for "slander" by warning people about thier unethical business practices and they said he would start at $250,000,000!

I have since put tgether the facts about his past business's and find that he has talked about the multi million dollar business's he built. He claims the government took all of his money after 9-11-01 because his money was offshore. Don't trust these people if they approach You to invest in thier company! All I can say is let them try to sue me for slander because at least I will have a lawyer appointed to me and thats when I will get what is rightfully mine for my months of hard work!
