Complaint Review: OC CARS INC

Bryan Hayes of OC CARS lied to me and billed me for services that he never rendered.  He also lied to me about 3rd party costs, and jacked them up more than 2X the cost invoiced.  He lied to me about labor costs and upcharged 3-4 X standard market rate. 

My car was in good runing condition when i drove it into him for improvements.  He dismantled it and left it in pieces.  He took my deposit, closed his doors and skipped town. He's being investigated by the Bureau of Automotive Repairs, CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs.  His license is not current and will likely not be renewed. 

Im looking for others that may have been ripped off also.

Any former employees that have grievances also.

This guy is a crook!!!
