Complaint Review: OC PC SOLUTIONS 949-302-1222

A man named Jeff who sold us a computer a year ago, recently agreed to upgrade the unit for $360. I met him near his shop, handed him computer and $360 check for upgrades. A week later computer was returned to me unchanged and notfunctional. I returned it to him to correct problems and received apologies. He has lost the computer blaiming UPS for problem, will not provide tracking number or info after MANY phone calls. I finally got a call back and he said he had been in a serious car accident. He lied about UPS delivery, and will not take my calls. My advice to anyone seeing ANY websites with this phone number 949-302-1222 beware!! He is a thief and apparently works from his car. He has many websites in Orange County CA so don't take a chance on losing your computer and/or paying for incomplete services. He is a thief and has had my computer since a week before Christmas 2014.

Jeff has not told me his last name, is a personable tall Chinese man and perhaps 40-45 yrs old.

I wrote a check as he didn't accept cards. All info including his auto lic. no. will be going to police.
