I called Occ. Adv. Cntr. Inc. and wanted to apply for a USPS job. They told me it would cost $108.95. So I charged it to my credit card. I decided about 2 hours later I didn't want it after all. I called to cancel, and they reroute me to another phone number, customer service.

I call customer service, they were busy, numerous times. Finally, an answering machine came on, and I left a message. When a man called me back, he told me he could not do a refund until the package arrived. I was mad, but figured there wasn't anything I could do until it arrived.

A few days later, it finally arrived. When I checked my account balance on my credit card, it showed that they had charged me an extra $19.99 that I was unaware of. Apparently it was for shipping and handling. Turned out when I called the customer service number to return the package and get my money, all of it including the $19.99 they told me that I wouldn't get the $19.99 back, even though I never knew about it. I was really mad.

I continued to call a dispute into my credit card company, which is still pending.

Today, I received a letter in the mail, it was from this company. It states in their letter, that I need to prove to them I got the charge on my credit card, send it to them, and return it all with a letter they sent me for a refund. On the bottom it states there is a $20.00 restocking fee! I am pissed off! They scammed me out of $19.99, and then they want an additional $20.00?!

The fact that I tried to cancel the entire purchase and they would not is what pisses me off the most. I just want my money back. All of it. $128.94 to be exact.
