Occupational Advancement Center ripoff took our money sent us nothing customer service doesn't answer refusd to give us their address want our money back Petoskey Michigan
We ordered this pocket for Postal Jobs tests & placement assistance on October 4, the charge of $128.90 cleared my bank on October 7.
We were to receive the packet within 10 days. Today is Noveber 1 and we have received nothing. We have called back 3 times now only to be referred to a long distance Customer Service number which either rings and rings, is busy, or goes to an answerng machine which asks for your call back number. Only, no one calls us back.
Everytime we call we get a different run around. Today I called and was told a supervisor would help me, but no supervisor came to the phone. Operator #294 returned to the line and said the supervisor would only give me the Customer Service number. I gave this to my brother for his birthday, that was October 2. I just want what they promised-- a ten day delivery.
Now I want my money back.

Occupational Advancement Center finally sent the stuff, but beware. Don't wait too long to make reports/complaints

We finally received our stuff. Instead of ten days as they promised, it was six weeks. We won't wait like we used to, to file complaints/reports.
