Complaint Review: Ocdamia Strings

We hired Ocdamia Strings for our wedding, and hiring them was the biggest mistake! When they arrived, we gave them typical cue instructions when to come in and play music. Easy enough for them,since I'm sure they had performed at many weddings. Wrong! Timing was off and worse, sound was out of tune. I was so disappointed. It was good that our videographer was able to patch all of Ocdamia Strings mistakes. We were going to demand Christopher Smith from Ocdamia Strings for a full refund, but we were advised by our wedding planner not to do so since they have our personal information, and they'll retaliate. I'm glad I found this site to inform others, and no rebuttal or apology can ever change this situation.
