Complaint Review: Ocean Air Care Inc

I regreted that I did not check on-line because others reported rip-off practices of them. The same thing happened to me and I should have thrown them out of house right away! It was only too late when I checked on-line while they were in my house doing cleaning already. You guessed it right, they would tell that your furnace systems need service and tricked you with warranties, etc. But the fact is that they've done ducts and furnace cleaning with less than half time others do and charge you more. Don't be fooled with their "promotion" or "discount" or "coupon". Always check on-line at least. Call multiple vendors and ask specifics what they will clean and how they will clean. I was totally speechless when I found out that other highly rated companies would charge me less and spent more hours to clean.
