Complaint Review: Ocean Air Logistics

Ocean Air Logistics ripoff, low ball quotes to get your business which are jacked up once they pick up your shipment...hold your goods hostage for more $$$$ fraudulent ripoff business; Beware! .....

I located Ocean Air Logistics on the internet and was persuaded by their professional-appearing website. Don't be fooled! Their service is anything but professional.

Their quote initially was more competitive than other companies that I found; however, once my goods were in the posession of Ocean Air Logistics they sent me a bill for more money -- PREVIOUSLY UNDISCLOSED COSTS.

Jaime Salinas (Traffic Agent, con artist extraordinaire, and boy genius) quoted my shipment "door-to-door" but that didn't stop them from tacking on additional transportation costs, which they did not disclose before I had already paid thousands of dollars. Obviously had I known the true costs, then I would have chosen a different company. But you see, you first get a low ball quote, then they pick up your shipment, then you can pay or else.

Then my man Jaime was too busy trying to drum up new clientele to waste time actually fulfilling my shipment. After you've paid you can just f*** off.

When I had finally had enough and demanded to speak to the General Manager to pass on my negative feedback, not only was I hung up on repeatedly by the office staff, but I was finally advised by Maribel Faura in Accounting that "there is no one in charge of this office" and "the owner is in Dominican Republic."

She refused to provide the name of a principal to whom I could send a letter of complaint. If this is the kind of business you would like to do with then please accept my apologies.

Otherwise please help me in not only boycotting this sham of a chicken s**t operation, but also in driving them out of business. IT'S NOT A BUSINESS -- IT'S A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.
