Complaint Review: ocean moving and storage

This company will rip you off, They will give you a good binding quote over the phone and then when they show up which will be at least 2 hours late, they will charge you at least $400 more.

They will tell you that you shipment will be delivered in 7-10 days and then will not deliver it.

Then you will try to reach them and you will get the most incompetent people on the phone who will outright lie to you. After many calls you may get Eli who is a total jack a** and crook.

Do not even consider using this company they are crooks!!!
