I purchased a refurbished Itouch from Ocean Reef Electronics via Amazon.  The Itouch stopped working correctly after about 6 weeks. 

I tried to reset it back to the factory settings and that still did not solve the problem.  The Itouch will not connect to Itunes and will not accept any music. It is basically worthless. 

The company will not do anything about it because it has a 30-day return policy.  I understand the policy but it is extremely frustrating that I spent over $100 on a defective product. Ocean Reef told me to take the Itouch to be repaired but I am not in a position to spend more money on a product that should not be broken in the first place.

I have owned several Ipod products and they have all lasted at least 2 years.  2 months for a product I spent over $100 on is unacceptable.

I would not recommend buying anything refurbished from this company.
