Purchased computer thru Amazon.com.  Computer arrived in great condition. Two days later computer's operating system malfunctioned.  Return process was easy and smooth.  Sent computer back wrapped in 15 feet of bubble wrap to ensure it was protected and placed in box and shipped back.  Recieved email that the 15 feet of bubble wrap didn't protect the computer and the screen arrived cracked.  They declined to fix the computer's malfunction (was the 1st issue to begin with) now it has a cracked screen. 

ORE sent the computer back to me.  Upon investigation there were no scratches, dents, or any damage done to the outside of the laptop where the screen was cracked at.  I went through Amazon again, they refused to fix the computer and stopped responding to my Amazon inquires that I was sending numerous times a day.  Then Amazon guarantee got involved.  ORE approved return of my laptop again and said they would reimburse me once the computer was received.

Again I shipped back the laptop.  After 2 weeks of not receiving a refund, I inquired about it.  ORE tried to say they didn't receive my laptop, then said they did, then told me to contact Walmart, then told me to contact Amazon when I pointed out that Walmart had nothing to do with my purchase through them.  Needless to say...I do not have a laptop in my possession and out of the money that was paid for the computer.  Tried to file a warrant in debt, but there is no "registered agent" to be found and they have stopped answering my emails and inquires.
