I worked for Ocean State House Cleaning for approximately 4-5 months. In this time I have had to deal with extremely unsafe conditions from being injected with an insulin needle that was not properly disposed of to being jumped on and nearly attacked by very large dogs. We were also made to clean animal/rodent feces (which is against OSHA regulations) or face getting fired. Bottles were never labeled properly and we were also forced to use the same sponge/rag that we would use on filthy toilets on the home owners kitchen stoves and counter tops, also against OSHA regulations.

The final straw for me was when they sent me to a house that was still a construction zone to do a deep clean. The house was supposed to be empty but instead there was a large construction crew there using many chemicals and large machinary. Two of my team members were extremely ill, one had a chemical burn in her throat from a previous deep clean and the other has severe asthma. They were having a very hard time working in those conditions and we were all tripping over things and getting hit with machinery so I let my boss know we couldn't work like that and she told us to leave.

The customer got very upset and refused to pay so I was sent home the next day so the manager could "smooth" things over with the Owner of my company. I filed a complaint with OSHA as soon as I got home. Later that night I got a phone call from the manager telling me I was fired but she wouldn't say why. So I sent a message to Anne Aldridge on Facebook asking her for an explanation. Her reply was because I filed a complaint with OSHA and other employees said they overheard me threatening to report her business to the IRS for tax fraud. The next day I filed a Whistle blowers complaint with OSHA and sent them copies of the Facebook messages. They are starting an investigation as we speak.

On Friday I went to get my check only to find out it was for $0.00 because she took it all for taxes, I was the only one she did this to. Obviously, I have contacted several lawyers and all believe she definitely illegally fired me and is discriminating against me. I want people to know that this is a horrible business woman that lacks integrity and morals and only cares about money not her employees. I'm not the only one whom she's ripped and I'm sure I'm not the last so this woman needs to be stopped now.

You were fired for lying

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Mon, July 28, 2014

Fact:

1. You were fired for lying and for your unprofessional behavior on a jobsite as a team leader.  It was decided that you were going to be fired at exactly 4:37 pm on the afternoon of July 22nd.  We have proof of this on the company's logs between your manager and the owner of the company.  We did not learn of your false claims to OSHA until the next day at 1:51pm on July 23rd and again, confirmable on our company logs and phone records.

2. Your false claims to OSHA were determined to be unfounded by OSHA themselves.  OSHA, and other governmental agencies, do not appreciate vindictive ex-employees using their agency as a way to “get back” at a former employer. These agencies are really good at weeding out the false claims made by bitter ex-employees like yourself.

3. Your claim about using the sponges in toilets and kitchens is a lie.

4. Your claim about being required to clean animal feces without being provided proper protective gear is also a lie.

5. Your claim that a fellow worker had a chemical burn in her throat from a previous cleaning is a lie.

6.  While calculating your final paycheck we found a bookkeeping error for which we had no choice but to take corrective action on.  Your threat to report us to every and any agency possible forced us to look over your records with a fine tooth comb.

7.  Your message from the owner on Facebook dated July 23rd does not state that you were fired for contacting OSHA in any way, shape or form.

8. Your attempts at enticing your former employees to join you in this fight were a dismal failure because they know what a liar you are.

9. You attempted to throw your teammates under the bus for the lies and bad decisions you made on the job site on July 22nd that got you fired.  A person with integrity, especially one in a leadership position such as yourself,  owns up to their mistakes and does not try to put the blame on other people like you attempted to do.

Anyone reading this report should be aware that this ex-employee is known for making threats and taking vindictive action against former employers, a fact which we did not learn about until it was our turn to deal with her wrath.  This ex-employee is now trying to drag us through the mud on the internet because the false claims she made with governmental agencies were proven false.

Her lack of integrity is clearly obvious as she routinely will not accept responsibility for her own poor decisions or actions and blames others for her deficiencies as seen in this Ripoff Report filed by her.   We should have suspected that she lacked integrity when we were served with a garnishment order against her wages due to her failure to make good on student loans she took out.  It is unfortunate for this ex-employee that she cannot own up to her own mistakes since people who take this attitude never really make it far in life.  She will continue to remain a person embittered at those who are more successful than she while refusing to admit that her inability to provide for herself and her family is due to her failure to take personal responsibility for her actions.
